Managers and Millenials: Communications In The Workplace

Couldn't agree more. These figures are similar to an Australian study done several years ago and reflect my experience as a L&D manager. Millenials, more than most,tend to be great workers if they feel valued and mentored if not they will leave. Their loyalty is often to the manager rather than to the organization.
