It is extremely interesting for me to read that article. Thank author for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to this matter. I would like to read a bit more soon.
I work in an Aussie Federal Govt Dept. They are so risk averse and it would take 3 weeks to get a tweet approved. It wuold also be hard to be creative/quirky/funny...
Any tips on penetrateing the idea of online media engagement to the big wigs? Most govt communicators on the ground are keen to engage, but it's hard when high level people aren't aware of the importance...
